1. All dogs must have microchip and name tagged collar (by law) no dogs can be walked by moor walkies without said items

2. All dogs must be up to date with their flea and tick treatment and be fully wormed.

3. Non-neutered male dogs / female dogs (in season) can not be walked in a group, therefore will incur one 2 one walkies fee £15.    

4. Incase of veterinary emergency moor walkies will take your pet to the allocated veterinary clinic as stated in your contract and will contact owner immediately, all subsequent costs are the owners full responsibility and not that of moor walkies .

5. All dogs will be walked on 50ft leashes provided by moor walkies to insure there complete safety unless otherwise stated in your contract.

6. In the event your dog runs away while off leash as stated in your contract moor walkies will not be held responsible.

7. Dogs contracted to be off leash will be walked on leash for first few outings until trust and understanding for each other Is established.

8. All payments to be made as stated in personalised contract, any deposits paid will be non-refundable on cancellation

9. In the event of personal illness all pre paid walks be will rescheduled.

10. All clients will be informed of any personal holidays 4 weeks prior.

11. Moor walkies and clients, reserve the right to withdraw from the dog walking service at any time giving reasonable and adequate notification.
